Heal Your Life Workshops are group transformational activations. Rebekah uses her history and experience as a coach, educator, facilitator, and speaker to lead attendees in a somatic experience helping you release, heal, and connect deeper. As a certified coach and practitioner she uses a blend of modalities + her spiritual history to help you step into alignment no matter where you are in your journey. Come and experience a rapid transformation.
About These Workshops:
No matter where we are in life we all are on a continual healing journey of embodying the person we were created to be. One of the main reasons we get stuck in life is because we lack the tools to navigate different experiences, seasons, and challenges that occur in our day-to-day lives. I will help you overcome and break through these stuck points in your life, releasing any limiting beliefs, blocked emotions, and unhealthy habits that are no longer helping you become the person you desire. As you align, you will begin to walk in empowered self compassion as you navigate your day-to-day life. This is your time to heal, grow, connect, and start creating the life you’ve always wanted.
